Before joining the Launch team, Nicole served a Keller Williams residential team as the Director of Operations. With over 6 years in various operation roles, she has fine tuned and mastered the art of keeping others organized and in the loop.

Nicole is originally from Connecticut and now resides in Texas with her husband and 2 Golden Retrievers, Cooper and Sawyer. Nicole studied Communication Studies; Specialization in Advertising & Public Relations at Liberty University.
