 Discovery Call

The Transaction Coordinator (TC) will contact you to schedule a discovery call and determine where you stand in the process with your client. During the conversation, we'll explain how our services work, what they entail, and their associated costs.

Deposits & Agreements

To begin the process, you will agree to the program's terms and conditions, which will permit us to send you a deposit link. This deposit link is necessary to proceed. Once the deposit is paid and confirmed, we'll move forward with the agreement with the Network Broker.

Offers & Contracts

We will get the ball rolling on contracts and necessary documents with the help of you and our Network Broker. Your TC will be with you throughout the transaction managing key dates, amendments, title & lender communication, etc. in order to keep the transaction smooth and everyone paid on time.

  • Service Benefits

    1. Licensed Broker- You are connected with a licensed broker in the desired state to close the transaction (aka Network Broker)
    2. Transaction Coordinator- You have a commercial transaction coordinator supporting the transaction and making sure documents are in compliance with the state and the Network Broker’s satisfaction. 
    3. Keep Your Clients- Keep the clients you trust without giving them to an unknown agent

  • Costs

    A $1,000 non-refundable deposit to Launch TC in order to start the process after the discovery call. 

     

    • 6% gross commission to Network Broker (Paid at close) 
    • Single Agency- Minimum of $1,800 Maximum of $6,500
    • Dual Agency- (If the state allows)- minimum $3,600 maximum of $10,000

  • What this service doesn’t include

    • Property tours, showings, or any other onsite visits by the network broker
    • Client negotiation, communication, and updates from Network Broker. 
    • For additional services an additional co-broker agreement will be required, subject to Launch Referral Network Broker availability.

Who are the Network Brokers?

Our Network Brokers are hand-picked by Launch CRE Network whom we know have been ambassadors for KW Commercial currently or in the past and have shown a depth of knowledge with commercial real estate within their state.
