4. A2P 10DLC Compliance for SMS Messaging

By using our services, including signing up for our SMS messaging services, you agree to receive text messages from Launch Commercial and its ancilliaries.

Opt-In: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications for marketing and operational purposes.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive or by contacting us directly. Once you opt out, we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive further messages from us unless you opt back in.

All SMS communications are in compliance with A2P 10DLC regulations, ensuring proper consent and opt-out options.

Launch Commercial SMS Messaging Program
This program allows users to opt in to receive messages for marketing, updates, and other relevant communication from Launch Commercial.

1. Opt-In: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from Launch Commercial.
2. Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. Help Support: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or reach out directly to us at hello@launch-cre.com or call us at (512) 792-2368.
4. Carriers' Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at the following frequency:  1-2 messages per week.

5. Consent to Electronic Communication

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via email and SMS. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The place of arbitration will be in Texas, and all disputes will be handled individually, without resorting to any form of class action. You waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis.

9. User-Generated Content

Users may post or submit content through our services. By doing so, you grant Launch Commercial a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via email. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers, including Duda.co for our website CMS, AWS for hosting, AttractZen or GoHighLevel, and RealNex for CRM services. By using our services, you agree to their terms and policies as well.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
